Job Description Creative Assistant - Erlanger, KYThis is a full-time, exempt role.Position Summary: A demanding and high- profile position primarily supporting Chief global Flavorists and other Senior/Principal flavorists in the NA Flavor creation department. The person will have highly developed organizational skillsJob Description:Supporting the ADM Academy - organization of training materials, tests, coordination with trainees.Compounding flavors including liquids & emulsions, liquids for dryingLab Maintenance and raw materials maintenance.Modify existing flavors to suit customer taste profiles and/or legal requirementsUploading and maintenance of formulasCollaborate with sales & provide support for customer presentations, preparing samples, working with PD & A and Marketing.Work with the technical flavorist team to resolve/replace problematic materials in formulas and maintain integrity of the profilePreparation of materials for internal and external presentationsFlavor AdministrationCompetent in learning all global systems and electronic notebooks - knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and AdvantageFollows basic GMP, ISO procedures, GLP GFP, safety, lab notebooks and or other electronic record keeping toolsJob Requirements:Science Degree in a technical field of study; chemistry/food science preferredLaboratory experience with recognized Flavor House preferred but not necessaryHighly developed project management skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
