We are seeking a Quality Manager who has experience within Quality Assurance of the food manufacturing industry. You will work Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Manage the Quality Assurance, Research, Development, and Sanitation DepartmentsWorking on the floor you will monitor, document, and verify CCPs throughout food productionMonitor and report all information pertinent to FDA, USDA, FSMA, and HACCP regulationsRespond to and trend customer complaintsDevelop and manage internal audit programs and proceduresEnsure proper sanitation and chemical use throughout the operationOversee product labeling compliance according to FDA, food allergen, and environmental monitoring controlsConduct all food safety trainingPerform other duties as assigned Call 440.975.XXXX Alison
