Are you seeking a dynamic career with opportunities for growth and creativity? Join our team as a licensed Senior Project Manager with a passion for aquatic projects. With 6+ years of experience, you'll lead and manage a variety of public and private recreational aquatics projects, making a direct, positive impact on communities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for aquatic projects, including swimming pools, water parks, and more. Manage direct reports and delegate duties to Project Engineers and Technicians. Develop pool concepts and lead project presentations with clients. Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure project success. Make major project design decisions in collaboration with the team. Qualifications: Licensed Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in aquatic projects, or equivalent experience as a Project Manager. Proven track record of successfully managing aquatic projects from conception to completion. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovative design solutions. Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Additional Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred). Experience in recreational aquatic projects is highly desirable.
