Job DescriptionOur company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office.Responsibilities: * Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person * Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department * Managing office supplies and inventory * Assisting with payroll processing * Handling basic HR duties, such as employee onboarding paperwork * Providing general administrative support to the teamPreferred Qualifications: * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
