Responsibilities: • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly• Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients• Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Qualifications: • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required• Proven track record in sales• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred• Sales experience preferred – go-getter mindset• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Desire to help others• Strong business acumen• Perseverance in the face of a challenge• Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts• Bilingual Speaking (English/Spanish) A Plus Compensation: $65,000+ at plan About Company: Our Mission is to provide financial security and peace of mind through our insurance, annuity, and investment solutions.
