Responsibilities:• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.• Recruit, train, and motivate a remote sales team, ensuring they have the skills and resources to meet their sales targets.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads and expanding the customer base.• Monitor sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
