The ideal candidate should possess litigation experience in Co-op/Condo, Commercial, Construction, Bankruptcy, and/or Distressed Assets areas. This role requires managing high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters, demonstrating independence, producing quality legal work, and contributing to business development efforts. Job Details:Manage high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills for effective communication with attorneys and clients.Work independently and productively, showing a strong interest in advancing a career in Finance and Real Estate.Produce quality legal work and bill required hours for excellent client service.Manage and generate business through group and individual efforts.Comply with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements. Experience:2 years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.Preferably 3-8 years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm. Skills:Litigation experience in Co-op/Condo, Commercial, Construction, Bankruptcy, and/or Distressed Assets.Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Independence and productivity in legal work.Interest in advancing a career in Finance and Real Estate.Business development and client management skills.Highest ethical standards in the legal profession.
