As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for high-rise residential developments in Manhattan. From project planning and budgeting to scheduling and resource management, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of each project from inception to completion.Client DetailsOur client is a reputable general contractor specializing in high-rise residential projects in Manhattan. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality craftsmanship, they are seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results on our upcoming projects.Description Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of residential high-rise developments. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise to keep projects on track and within budget. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies, to facilitate communication, address concerns, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and building codes. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.Profile Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise residential developments in Manhattan. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, meeting or exceeding project goals and objectives. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems, with a focus on high-rise construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore or Primavera P6, preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) a plus.Job Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
