Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation and functionality of telematics equipment, including GPS tracking devices, sensors, and communication modules, in a range of vehicles and machinery. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, fieldwork experience, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Conduct onsite installation of telematics equipment in vehicles, heavy machinery, and other assets according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Configuration: Configure telematics systems to meet customer requirements, including setting up custom alerts, geofences, and reporting parameters.
