This private housing project by the river requires an experienced QS who has experience building a project from the ground up. Earn up to £75,000. This contractor can also provide a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role. The Project: Take on a scenic residential project by the river in East London. Contribute to the building this large scale private housing scheme. Immerse yourself in a residential RC Frame environment. About the Role: Join a dynamic team at a prestigious contracting firm. Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project. Utilise your 3+ years of experience in similar contracting environments. Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.
