Finance Assistant Gloucester A GBP 28,000 to A GBP 30,000 + Contributory Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Group Life Assurance + Income Protection + Training and Development + Private Medical Insurance 9/10 Day Working Fortnight (Week 1 Monday to Friday, Week 2 Monday to Thursday) : Start Time Between 07.45 to 8.45, Finish 16:30 to 17:30 Finance Assistant required for an industry leading supplier of manufacturing machinery with a reputation of global excellence. This is a great opportunity to join a well: established company during an exciting period of growth. This role would suit candidates with experience of working within a finance team and can come from any industry background. You will need experience working with a fully integrated ERP system. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance department with various financial tasks. You will have full ownership of AP and Bank reconciliation, as well as being involved in processing invoices, statement reconciliation etc. The Finance Assistant Role: A AP and bank reconciliation A High volume invoice processing A Statement reconciliation A Resolve invoice queries A Expense administration including credit cards A Prepare financial reports and assist with month: end close procedures A Supplier administration and onboarding process A Process and reconciliation of monthly supplier payment runs The Finance Assistant: A Experience in a finance role A Any industry background.
