Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: 75000-XXXXXX yearly About Company: Springs Realty LLC is a local Real Estate team based in Colorado Springs, CO - serving clients and families in the Southern Colorado region.
