Our dynamic team is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's equipment and infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do: - Lead and inspire a dedicated team in a high-performance environment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational excellence. - Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program that minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity. - Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of various systems and equipment, balancing in-house expertise with external contractors when necessary. - Forge strong relationships with the Plant Manager and other key stakeholders to identify critical equipment needs, coordinate special projects, and drive continuous improvement across all maintenance operations. What Makes You a Perfect Fit: - A deep understanding of mechanical systems, from HVAC to process tanks and material handling equipment. - Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on training, coaching, and motivating your team towards achieving operational excellence. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a goal-oriented approach. - A strong safety-first mindset, with a history of fostering a respectful and efficient work environment. Qualifications: - At least 7 years of maintenance experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity. - Relevant certifications and a high school diploma (or equivalent), with a preference for those experienced in anodizing or metal finishing processes. - Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to bring your own tools.
