Mc Asphalt offers a wide range of asphalt products, including emulsions, cutbacks, polymer-modified, performance-graded, and roofing, and specialized transportation of those products by rail, land and water. Additionally, Mc Asphalt provides comprehensive services and technology solutions, encompassing paving, testing, research and development, engineering, and consulting. Position Summary In this full-time position, you will provide engineering and process support for emulsion/asphalt manufacturing at multiple facilities. You will lead various engineering projects including plant modifications, retrofits, and new construction. Your duties will include process design, engineering specifications, budgeting, and project and construction management. You will liaise with maintenance, facility managers, R&D, and quality control. You will report on various operational issues not limited to the production of quality emulsion products. Main Duties and Responsibilities Defines project scopes, project budgeting and scheduling. Performs basic design calculations including but not limited to “hydraulic Calculations, heat and mass balances, carbon footprint and fuel consumption”. Produces mechanical, process and instrumentation datasheets. Develop procurement specifications for different equipment. Works with the engineering drafting develop mechanical, civil, and electrical drawings. Manages and coordinate process and 3D model review meetings with. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
