Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client• Be willing to be held accountable for taking the actions needed to be successful at providing outstanding responsiveness and service Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising• Self motivated and self sufficient• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language• Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check Compensation: $170,000 yearly About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
