Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible ENDOCRINOLOGIST to join our busy practice in the Covington/Slidell area. It operates 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South. to join our busy practice in the Covington/Slidell area.This is an outpatient only general endocrinology position. We work closely with NP's in a comprehensive diabetic management program consisting of diabetic educators, dietitians and pharmacy assistance services.Position Highlights: This is full time OUTPATIENT position with a 36 direct patient care hours a week with 4 hours of administrative time. Call is split for outpatient: 1:7 ratio No inpatient. This team consists of 1 PA and 2 diabetes educators in Slidell.
