Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director – Tech Hospitality Business Salary circa £100,000 - £150,000Location: London We are currently working with a small but well-financed business that offer hospitality solutions underpinned buy modern technology. A unique opportunity to work alongside investors and founders to build a finance division and support future planning as the business looks to grow before achieving an exit in 3 to 4 years. The role would suite an innovative and creative thinker who is looking for an autonomous position where they can truly impact the direction of the business. Essential skills and experience include a hands-on committed attitude, open mind and innovative thinking, experience with various funding models, investor stakeholder relations, system set up, and proven growth experience. Experience across Tech and the delivery of and exit would be desirable. The right fit A Senior finance professional with a broad and diverse industry experience Experience in a successful start up essential Strong knowledge of system set up, process and implementation Strong exposure to investment relationships and fund raising experience preferred. Hospitality or Tech experience very much preferred Experience prepared or delivering for a sale or investment exit would be preferred. Comfortable working directly with a founder and investors Creative and innovative approach Open minded and prepared to think progressively Enjoys working collaboratively in an agile, growth oriented businesinteractionperience driving worth and supporting a CEO in group wide strategy Passionate about people and developing great team culture. An excellent communicator and negotiator, while solely responsible for the finance division this role will be a key position in the business’s leadership going forward Experience backssing and securing funding and backssing and managing Capex Commercially astute, strong understanding of commercial growth backssment Collaborative,.
