Chief Financial Officer – Real Estate / Hospitality Property Salary circa £130,000 - £180,000Location: London We currently working with a brilliant Real estate business who are expanding significantly primarily through partnerships and acquisition of property. In order to support the Founder and senior leadership team of this start up UK business, they are looking for a strong CFO to join the team. The incoming CFO must have excellent knowledge of commercial market backssment and strong M&A experience in order to support senior leadership strategy and guide acquisition and growth plans. The CFO will also support and mentor a growing finance team and broad senior leadership team, to insure cohesive financial planning across the business. The senior leadership team is very hands on and based in London and they are hoping to be joined by a CFO who is hands on, engaged and genuinely passionate about the industry. While the business operates in the hospitality space, they are at their core a property business and would be looking to appoint a CFO who has extensive property / realestate experience This unique role would suite a senior finance professional with broad and dynamic a proven track record of supporting growth and strong M&A knowledge and an expertise in realestate. The role is both operational and commercial and presents a brilliant opportunity to lead long term planning. The right fit A Senior finance professional with a broad and diverse industry experience with essential Property / real estate experience Strong knowledge of leisure and hospitality Experience driving worth and supporting a CEO in group wide strategy An excellent communicator and negotiator, while solely responsible for the finance division this role will be a key position in the business’s leadership going forward Experience backssing and securing funding and backssing and managing Capex Commercially astute, strong understanding of commercial growth backssment Collaborative,.
