Shipping Coordinator Burano Home Collective is an importer and distributor of home fashion essentials. We design, source, and manufacture everything that we sell, which allows us to deliver the best products at the best prices to our customers. We are a highly collaborative, solution-orientated team searching for someone who is willing to challenge themselves and embrace the opportunity to make meaningful contributions toward our continued growth. Responsibilities Work closely with Sales Coordinator to monitor status of goods needed to fulfill orders on time Assist Warehouse Management in ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and prioritized by ship/cancel dates Prepare all carton labels per customer guidelines Route shipments/orders following customer guidelines Schedule and coordinate all shipments with customer's Inbound Logistics/Transportation Coordinate pickups with assigned carriers Prepare BOL's, packing lists, and any required International Docs Track shipments to customers if needed and obtain POD's as needed Prepare Daily Shipping/Routing Report Skills & Qualifications Experience working with purchase orders, sales orders, order routing, and logistics preferred Self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple task Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets Flexibility and ability to prioritize Experience with ERP and WMS Schedule Requirements Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM Occasional mandatory overtime as needed Ability to work weekends as needed during holiday season Work Location Newfields, NH - On-site Physical Requirements Able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time while performing duties Must be capable of lifting up-to 10lbs Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions Company-sponsored Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Discount Notice to Recruiters — We do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
