This role can be based out of either our Mississauga, ON or London, ON office. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will be allowed to work 50% in the office and 50% remote. The Sr. Product Manager will assist in building North American growth plans and delivering sales and profit objectives for the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce brand and the wider Condiments & Sauces portfolio. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for building, coordinating and executing strategic and tactical commercial plans. This role will lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new products, develop E-Commerce and Licensing strategies and tactics, and will lead Design-team thinking on Frank’s Red Hot consumer strategy. Reports to Marketing Director, North America Condiments & Sauces. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and prioritize growth initiatives based on consumer, category, and white space analysis.
