A crucial function especially in today’s landscape, the successful candidate leads the Business Continuity team and overall enterprise program in support of the overall objectives of the Enterprise Crisis Management team to support the Bank’s overall preparedness and response. With a global mandate, this role works closely with all the regions in which we operate within the context of the top risks within each market. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Provides leadership, motivation and development opportunities to the Business Continuity team. Leads and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on processes focused on Business Continuity Management, with the objective to create an improved end state. Oversees communication material, including presentation decks, playbooks, status updates, monthly BCM events, BCMU metrics, quarterly Continuum ensuring content is applicable to target audiences and aligns with overall program objectives Working closely with the Vice President, Enterprise Crisis Management, and other members of BCMU and ECM, identify special projects that are in line with the strategic objectives of the group and that serve to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Continuity Management Responsible for the development of Business Continuity Plans for Tangerine Bank as well as leading crisis responses for major events impacting Tangerine Bank. Opportunity to further enhance and strengthen the business continuity plans and preparedness specifically for the Bank’s international markets.
