Reasonable patientvolume. Monday - Friday with one 1/2 day Saturday per month. (8) five-hourshifts or (4) ten-hour shifts. Call is 1:7 by phone only, after hours and verylight. LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois (45 minutes away) This practice is located in a southwest suburb of Chicago and is 45 minutes away. It is also one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. It is also the third largest city in Illinois. They have good schools, reasonable housing, and reasonable transportation. It is also home to Hollywood Casinos and Historical museums. PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY : This clinic is part of a community health organization with facilities throughout Illinois. They service Medicaid, Medicare, the working uninsured and private patients. Very nice, modern offices, fully staffed with primary care providers, Family Nurse Practitioner and Practice Manager. They are committed to social justice, health equity and access to quality services for all. This is a 100% outpatient practice!
