An academic-affiliated health system with multiple locations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont is adding a Geriatric Medicine Physician. The Hospital?s network includes the critical access-designated Hospital and Historic Homes of a senior living community, as well as an outpatient clinic. About the position:? 100% outpatient position EPIC EMR Average daily patient census is 16-18 32 clinical hours. Admin time can be done remotely Minimal call by phone only Non-teaching position 25-bed non-profit hospital Ideal candidate will have an interest in value-based care About the benefits:? Compensation package includes a high base salary, a signing bonus, and relocation assistance Dedicated CME time and funds Location/Community:? Less than 2 hours from Burlington VT and 20 miles to Lebanon NH Historic small community of less than 4000 people Four seasons of outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, and camping JV-2404-98367
