As the business marks more regional UK growth, they are looking for an Operations Director to come on board, work with the founder and board to help delivery operational excellence as well as a focused expansion plan. he Ideal Candidate Operations Director: Currently in an Operations Director OR very senior Ops role in a fast-moving environment bar, restaurant or multifaceted business and have proven experience on business expansion. Experience with Events would be a bonus. Proven experience of overseeing and driving lasting growth in sales, expanding brand awareness, and understanding of contracts and brand partnershipinteractiontensive Openings experience and some knowledge of working with investors Understanding of facilities, Health and safety, programming & planning in a variety of unique environments Ideally passionate about hospitality, loads of energy, start-up food and drink offerings. An individual who can see a vision and commit to something long term, leading autonomously while working closing with a founder to deliver their vision.
