Responsibilities: • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close• Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Team and DB lead generation• Lead follow up• Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities• Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills• Decisive and proactive in the sales process• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Real estate license required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000+ at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
