With strong technological proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage schedules, projects, and personnel, your leadership will ensure the safety of all while maintaining the integrity of our gaming operations. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with senior management, ensuring that all practices are up to date with the latest security standards and technologies. Oversee the daily operations of the security department, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Lead and manage the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Utilize advanced technology solutions for surveillance, access control, and incident management to enhance security measures. Manage security projects, including the integration of new technology and systems, from conception through to completion.
