Looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader for the Vice President of Commercial Operations role. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position oversees Market Research and Analytics, Forecasting, Sales and Marketing Operations, and Commercial Learning and Development. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial operations, data analytics, and pharmaceutical commercialization, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills. Responsibilities * Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and performance metrics across market dynamics, brand positioning, product performance, and competition. Translate insights into strategic recommendations. * Lead the creation of a robust data infrastructure supporting AV-101's commercialization. * Develop a team handling promotional materials, speaker bureau management, CRM implementation, and other operational aspects. * Drive detailed sales forecasting and budgeting processes for short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals. * Collaborate with teams like marketing, medical affairs, and finance to align business objectives, product launches, and market access efforts. * Partner with sales and marketing to enhance team capabilities through training programs, coaching, and mentorship. Required Skills * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required (advanced degree preferred). * Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial functions in pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals. * Strong analytical skills with proven success in driving performance and revenue growth. * Ability to build and lead a talented team with excellent communication and leadership skills. * Competitive salary, incentives, and comprehensive benefits package provided. * Opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
