WORK ILLUSTRATION: Reporting to the VP, Customer Care, the Senior Manager, Collections, Compliance and Customer Analytics is responsible for the strategy, oversight and operational efficiency of the collections management processes, regulatory compliance, and meter-to-cash data analytics, and related technology systems, processes and activities. The incumbent leads the development of strategies to leverage and continuously improve collections, compliance and centralized analytics systems and processes to guarantee compliance and optimize revenue objectives, competitiveness, customer value and service. The incumbent oversees day-to-day collections operations risks from a financial, regulatory, and brand and reputation standpoint including timely and accurate collections and data governance to maximize revenue, cash flow and reduce bad debt for the organization. The incumbent develops strategic process and customer solutions to proactively evolve the service offerings to meet changing business direction, customer expectations, legal and regulatory requirements, and financial objectives, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to initiate, plan and implement new technology systems, upgrades and enhancements. The incumbent is expected to behave ethically and follow the established code of business conduct, policies and internal control procedures, laws and regulations governing Toronto Hydro.
