Summary Under the supervision of the store owner, the executive assistant?s primary responsibilities are to assist the owner with various aspects of the company?s daily, monthly, and yearly operations. Helping the company to obtain the necessary goals, while maintaining a level of professionalism and superior customer service. Duties Clerical Duties such as preparing reports, filing, scanning, and sorting Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information. Order materials, supplies, or equipment for office use. Execute sales or other financial transactions as needed.
