Responsibilities Operational Support : Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services, including scheduling, task assignments, and quality control. Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to janitorial team, including training, supervision, and performance management to ensure high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
