Summary My Flooring Texas, LLC is our parent company for My Flooring America and ProSource. The foundation of our company culture is the associate-created Social Contract. We are looking to hire a Team Member to help support our rapidly growing company. Duties The Purchasing Admin position is responsible for: Process orders. Check for proper payment and attachments per order. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Kickback orders with errors Will enter reference numbers and ETA on POs Verify Material quantity and price on orders. Will possibly order stock material for all warehouses. General trouble shooting with reps and vendors. Assist with incoming phone calls. Requirements Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines. Self-starter and quick learner Experience with Microsoft office Detail Oriented Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. Excellent communication skills - Communicating effectively in written and spoken word as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Time Management Skills - Managing one's own time and the time of others.. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
