Hospital in central Vermont with an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum Emergency Medicine coverage.Located 5 miles south of Montpelier. Experience you'll need: Masters, PA-C or MSN, FNP/ENP with 1+ years of ER experience, and suturing, splinting and incision experience, Current/Active VT license, BLS, ACLS Dates: 6/8 - 9/8/2024 Opportunity Details: Schedule: 12-hour shiftsShifts times: Day shifts 8a-4p, evenings 2p-12a, and weekends 9a-9pNo callPatient load: 2 patients per hourAnnual Volume: 17.5kProcedures are Required: Suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, emergency patient assessment and diagnosisEMR: EpicProvider will be working 100% with MD supervisionCredentialing Timeframe: 60-90 daysPaid travel & lodging: Full TravelArea Info: Located in the central Vermont countryside, just10 minutes from the capital, Montpelier that's known for its historic sites, maple syrup farms and fantastic food.
