Responsibilities: • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information• Field customer complaints when necessary• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $12 - $13 hourly About Company: stayAPT Suites in Greer, SC is a new extended-stay brand and is currently seeking Housekeepers for their mid-priced Extended Stay hotels located at 1455 Highway 101 S, Greer, SC 29651. This is an exciting opportunity to be a team member for our rapidly growing new brand, soon to have hotels open nationwide.
