Compliance Implements and monitors all Federal, State and Local standards and agency policies related to program Responsible for implementing program plans, policies and procedures that support the agency policies and procedures. Assists in maintaining full enrollment in their assigned center Assists in employee onboarding, employee development, and training sessionsCoordinates a program of in-service and training for the staff and parents of the center on a monthly basisWorks directly with underperforming staff to develop and implement individualized corrective action plan Oversees the daily management of the center Conducts monthly staff and safety meetings Establishes a comfortable relationship with assigned staff•Oversees center staff, providing observations and evaluations that are timely, constructive, and completed based on the time tables set by the administrative staff• Oversees the fiscal operations of the center by allocating center budget based on needs; approving expenditures as appropriate.• Compares and reviews prices of requested purchasesTraining & Professional Development Training & Professional Development Communications • Works directly with underperforming staff to develop and implement individualized corrective action plan Engages in personal and professional development through college coursework and/or trainings• Works as a team member to support the functions and operations of the center• Communicates with the landlord (if applicable) concerning the facility Receives contractor invoices and verifies contracted work is complete Notifies Finance Department of returned goods Verifies receipt of purchases Represents the center at various community events. Represents the center at various community events Interacts with various stakeholders to foster a positive relationship between the center and the community Data •Assists with the collection and analyzing child outcome data• Assists in ensuring program curriculum fidelity and data analysis• Approves and authorizes purchase orders to be submitted• Engages in personal and professional development through college coursework and/or trainings• Provides staff training and development including on-site consultation, and mentoring to other staff• Assists in employee onboarding, employee development, and training sessions• Coordinates a program of in-service and training for the staff and parents of the center on a monthly basis Safety • Provides staff training and development including on-site consultation, and mentoring to other staff• Responsible for facility up-keep, reporting facility issues and working with contractors for repairs when building is owned by Family Forum, Inc.• Arranges contracts with businesses for up-keep of facility grounds (i.e. snowing shoveling, grass cutting, parking lot plowing)Transportation• Monitors the transportation system and maintenance of the vehicle/vehicles assigned to their centers• Oversees the transportation of children from the time they are signed in on the bus to the time they are signed out and delivered safely to the designated person as documented in the child's file.
