POSITION TITLE: LCSW - LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER FLSA: EXEMPT REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Master's Degree in a related field. LCSW license/certification required. Two to four years of related experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Experienced in substance abuse counseling. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule forms. BLS required. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Conduct client screening, assessments, and brief treatment sessions; develop and implement treatment/care plans for patients. Provide case management services for patients. Provide individual, group and family therapy, as necessary. Prepare and maintain clinical records. Submit reports as required. Participate in care management and team meetings. Make referrals to appropriate resource agencies. Provide feedback to resource agencies. Provide crisis intervention, when needed. Participate in staff development activities.
