Location: Coos Bay/North Bend, OR The Job Coach Supervisor provides direct supervision for our job coaches. He or she will ensure the client is being well-served by their job coach and will recommend additional training or correction as needed. He or she may also be called upon to act as a job coach when a need arises.The Job Coach Supervisor has the following responsibilities: Supervise assigned Job Coaches and related Job Coaching activities. Responsible for oversight, coordination, and tracking of day-to-day activities for job coaches. Conduct monthly site visits and other visits as needed to various job sites. Ensure prompt collection of Job Coach reports and client time sheets. Maintain all required certifications and licensures. Able to perform the duties and functions of a Job Coach. All other duties as assigned to ensure that the department and organizational strategic goals and mission are met. In addition, the Job Coach Supervisor may be required to Job Coach. The responsibilities of the Job Coach are: Train the supported employee's site co-workers to provide the necessary support and supervision to maintain the job demands. Provide support and training for transportation, as needed. Provide support for and participate in community integration activities. Implement and train the supported employee in the necessary skills to maintain employment. Develop and implement communication process between the supported employee, employer, and parent/residential provider. Maintain records and operations as specified in the Oregon Administrative Rules for Employment Service. Provide feedback to the employment manager on status of employment with the supported employee. Conduct the supported employee and employer job satisfaction surveys when needed. Provide the necessary support needed to support employee at the job site. Promote any social interaction/relationship activities between supported employees and co-workers. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Present a professional image Possess basic computer and office automation knowledge Be able to sit, stand, move, and lift 20 lbs. for extended periods of time Must be available for all shifts, including weekends, to meet client needs Valid Oregon driver's license Must be able to pass federal, state, and local background checks Must pass drug screen (THC testing not included) to include random drug testing High school diploma or equivalent
