Additionally, Underfill candidates must hold Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in Utah as a Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues. The ability to multitask, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism is key to providing quality care and support.
