We are conveniently located on I-35, 90 miles north of the twin cities and 40 miles south of Duluth. Our 72-bed facility offering skilled nursing services and memory care to seniors is hiring a Full-Time Scheduler to join our team. This opening in the Health Care Center provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, and support direct nursing staff. This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working a flexible schedule. Complete employee time cards in an accurate and timely manner to finish bi-weekly payroll processing. Apply collective bargaining agreement to schedule and short notice staffing. Help with employee engagement programming and assistance. Take after hours call coverage via phone. Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Perform additional tasks as needed. Scheduler requirements: Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus! Must have strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations. LTC and Supervisory experience preferred. Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need.
