Seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Silicon Valley! Relocation assistance offered! Compensation $140,000 - $200,000+ per year (base salary + commission (1st year guaranteed!)) Benefits: Full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, 401k, Company vehicle provided Based in Northern California, in this role you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the specified region, focusing on OEM lasers and laser-based systems. Responsibilities: Represent the company's Laser Division to customers in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, ensuring exceptional customer care before and after the sale. Drive sales and revenue in the designated region, meeting yearly sales goals. Sell all products of the Laser Division including laser sources, optics, systems, and additive manufacturing products. Develop strategic customer partnerships and initiate new applications at target accounts. Maintain activity levels required to support the role, including customer visits, lead follow-up, and accurately recording data in the CRM system. Collaborate with external partners, integrators, and sales management. Prospect and qualify potential new companies and customers. Initiate marketing activities and participate in relevant conferences. Adhere to company guidelines and standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Strong connections to the main target industries. Technical knowledge of laser technology and systems. Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
