Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. Some travel required. 401K profit sharing and health insurance.Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of construction projects Ensure safety compliance and manage quality control Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, coordinate municipal utilities, and inspections Project documentation including; daily logs, visitor logs, RFI's, photosQualifications Strong project management and communications skills Proficient with on-line project management platforms Ability to read construction documents Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
