Pediatrics physician job in New York : Opportunity Overview: Join our physician-led practice in New York, dedicated to improving population health, optimizing care delivery, and enhancing physician work-life balance. Schedule: Flexible workweek with a focus on quality of life See an average of 15-20 patients per day Strictly outpatient with a 1:4 rotation; night nurse available for night calls from 10 PM to 8:30 AM Practice Details: We center on preventive care, wellness exams, and the management of chronic conditions Join a dedicated team of 2 MDs, three full-time NPs, LPNs, RNs, MAs, front office personnel, a triage nurse, and a social worker Regular bi-monthly meetings with physicians and NPs to ensure efficient patient care and clinic operations Financial Package: Guaranteed base salary with eligibility for partnership after 2 years Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance Malpractice with tail coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k) plan Relocation assistance and profit-sharing are available Location: Buffalo has a cost of living significantly below the national average, making it one of the most affordable major cities in the Northeast Home to the renowned Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo offers a vibrant arts scene and rich cultural history with numerous theaters, museums, and historic architecture Located near Lake Erie and Niagara Falls, Buffalo provides easy access to a variety of outdoor recreational activities JN -012024-29918
