Here are the details: Location: Fresno Compensation: $20-26 hourly Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions Excellent customer service skills, to complete calls to collect payments, and billing Collaborates with the Collections to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis Knowledge of matching, batching, coding of invoices Skills Required: Highly detail Oriented/Accurate, able to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of basic accounts receivable principles Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
