Seeking a Senior Associate with 4-7 years of litigation experience to join our New York City office at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. - Must have active NY & NJ bar admission for a diverse practice encompassing professional liability, securities litigation, labor & employment, and insurance broker liability. Candidates should possess expertise in civil litigation and a proven track record of independently advancing cases toward resolution or trial. Responsibilities:• Drafting legal documents like pleadings and motions is a crucial duty for the Senior Associate• Assisting in the discovery process involves drafting demands, analyzing responses, and reviewing document productions• Conducting thorough legal research to provide strong case support• Close collaboration with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects and assignments is essential• Regularly handling court appearances and depositions• Providing clients and carriers with timely updates on case statuses• Efficiently organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines Qualifications:• Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school• Required to be licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey• Should demonstrate 4-7 years of relevant experience in litigation• Previous involvement in court appearances and depositions is a must• Proficiency in drafting summary judgment motions and other legal motions is required• Thorough knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures is essential Compensation: $105,000 - $150,000 yearly About Company:
