[Position] Head of Operations [Job Summary] This role involves achieving performance targets for our U.S. subsidiary and managing overall business operations. Leveraging understanding of the local market, this role should facilitate accurate decision-making by the management team and work towards expanding U.S. operations through strategic planning and development objectives for various sectors including hospitality, bakery, and catering.This role should ensure that the in-flight catering business of our subsidiary and the catering operations for USPS and LG New Jersey, Michigan, and Arizona branches adhere to established standards and provide support to ensure their effective operation. To achieve our organization's business objectives, this role should engage in comprehensive management practices such as human resources management and financial stability enhancement, continuously improving our U.S. operations and contributing to all relevant activities aimed at establishing a comprehensive business framework. [Job Description][Main Responsibilities] - Establishing and executing annual management plans for U.S. operations- Developing differentiated proposals and conducting sales activities to expand U.S. operations- Effectively managing business operations to increase sales and operating profit- Streamlining organizational efficiency through business strategy planning and operational support- Enhancing efficiency in in-flight catering operations and improving business processes [Qualifications][Required Competencies] - Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills for various issues encountered in work- Logical persuasiveness based on flexible communication skills- Leadership abilities to motivate and grow team members based on organizational management experience- Proactive identification of improvement areas and driving executable changes by redefining problems- Sales strategy capabilities based on information and analytical insights into the U.S. market trends- Multitasking management and key schedule management skills related to U.S. operations- Open-mindedness and inclusiveness towards diverse perspectives and feedback- Analytical skills based on data-driven analysis- Understanding and adaptability to industry trends and regulatory changes [Required Experience and Qualifications] - Any major, Bachelor's degree or higher- Overall experience in business management including sales, operations, and human resources management in the U.S. market- Balanced practical experience of over 20 years in the U.S. catering or in-flight catering industry- Minimum of 5 years of formal/informal organizational management experience- Experience in the same or similar industry preferredPowered by JazzHR
