Mighty Dog Roofing of Sarasota Mighty Dog Roofing is looking for a Self-Motivated Roofing Sales Person Salary Plus Commission, Easy 6 figures your first 12 months! We are looking for someone with experience in the roofing industry who can communicate with customers in a timely manner, not afraid to ask for the business, great teammate. Extremely customer focused with great communication skills and professional appearance. We believe in doing the right thing the first time, always with a customer is first mentality! We don’t do things because that’s the way it’s always been done, we do it right and go a step above and want to Change the Game! In this role you will report to the Sales Manager. PERKS & COMPENSATION Salary plus Commission $60k/2% off the top for the first 3 Months $45k/3% off the top going forward Minimum goal every month is $150k per person You’ll have the ability to sell our HVAC and Lighting businesses to the same customers too which will only increase your numbers Benefits package available: Medical, Dental & Vision 401k Coming Soon Paid time off Cell Phone Stipend Company vehicle with fuel card Complete training where needed MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Ability to find and close own leads Using your own personal network Networking groups Association Meetings, etc You will also be on a rotation for incoming leads Knowledge of roofing industry and to ability troubleshoot repairs Incumbent will be required to climb ladders and walk on roofs when working in the role Great verbal and written communication skills. Work well with others which includes Communicating with internal team Helping out teammates when needed Customers CRM knowledge and experience. Acculynx knowledge a huge plus Attention to detail is a must, you’ll need to setup the production team for success Clean background and driving record Work hours, approximately 7:30-4:00pm but some evening and weekend appts will be required Including industry events JOB DESCRIPTION There will be office time everyday Doing all your follow ups Writing thank you letters after all your appointments Taking care of paperwork Mapping out your day to be as efficient as possible Attend weekly production/sales meetings to discuss past and upcoming jobs.
