Sales Bizlab is looking for an Receptionist to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet clients and visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department. In addition to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, you will also be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the reception area. Job: Full timeMonday to FridayWeekends free Pay Range: $20.25 - $32.00 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Washington, DC Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages Maintain office supplies and order as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Powered by JazzHR
