Responsibilities : Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their event vision, goals, and requirements. Gather relevant details, including budget, guest count, preferred destinations, and specific event preferences. Identify and recommend suitable destinations based on client preferences, budget constraints, and logistical considerations. Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors, hotels, and other service providers. Develop creative and personalized event concepts aligned with client expectations. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure all aspects of the event are meticulously planned and executed. Create detailed timelines, production schedules, and itineraries for the entire event. Develop and manage budgets for each event.
