The practice has a brand-new 11-op, state-of-the-art, three-doctor facility and a top-of-the-line professional clinical and business team. For the doctor who is the right fit personally and professionally, direct path to ownership in 2-3 years. Requirements Dental License (Required) Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work Who We Are We have 11 modern operatories. Active patient base of around 4,000 2023 Production of 4.2 Million Growing Private Practice year-over-year for 13+ years Experienced team of 15 full-time dental professionals with high employee retention State-of-the-art building, equipment, and technology all owned by the practice Technology VaTech CBCT CEREC crowns Diode & Lightwalker Laser Invisalign Digital Radiographs Titanium and Zirconia Implants iTero scanners SprintRay 3D printing Who You Are You are comfortable using the latest technology. You are excited to expand your clinical skills and ready for excellent mentoring. You are open to learning the latest in modern dentistry. You will master general, implant, and restorative dentistry from an industry-leading teacher. You are a diligent professional who can work with their dedicated team of clinicians and administrators. Compensation and Benefits Six Month Guaranteed Base Rate of $11,500 per month ($138,000 per year) or 26-30% of production, whichever is greater.
