The salary range for this position is anticipated to be $235,000 to $290,000, varying by location and experience. This competitive compensation reflects the firm's commitment to attracting top talent in the field.Candidates must be admitted to practice in either California or New York and demonstrate strong capabilities in managing small to mid-sized matters with minimal partner supervision. The position requires strong oral, writing, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and negotiate acquisition, development, production, distribution, and financing agreements.- Conduct due diligence investigations on entertainment industry assets.- Provide advice on intellectual property rights relevant in the entertainment industry.- Effectively manage small to mid-sized matters with moderate partner supervision.- Take responsibility for portions of larger, more complex matters.
