Foster positive relationships with children and families, maintaining open communication and ensuring the well-being of each child. Plan and lead educational and recreational activities, including arts, playground time, and special guests, to enhance the camp experience. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with basic computer proficiency. Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Demonstrated understanding of child development principles and practices. Nice To Haves Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field. Previous experience working in a summer camp or similar setting. Certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) or willingness to obtain. Current TB Test and documentation of citizenship.
